Integrating Zoom with Pickle


With the Pickle Zoom integration, meetings will be saved on Pickle instantly when the meeting ends. You will receive AI powered insights on your zoom calls. The calls will also be transcribed and then analyzed along with your standard phone calls to be reviewed in your team's data trends.

Integrating with zoom is quick and simple. Just follow these brief steps to complete your setup

Note: To complete this integration the user must have admin access in Zoom and Pickle


Enabling this integration will give you the ability to record calls with Zoom. This can be turned on or off.

When recording is on, your calls will automatically be transferred to the Pickle app and analyzed.

Zoom Setup

1. For this integration you must be signed in to the admin version of Zoom and Pickle.

2. Enable automatic recording for all users. Navigate via the admin panel to Account Management > Account Settings and enable automatic recording on.

Note: If there is a user on your account that you do not want to capture the call recordings, AFTER turning call recordings to "on" for your account, simply navigate to that user under your admin panel > user management > users and select the desired users. Then go to settings > recording and switch the automatic recording to off.

3. Activate Custom Live Streaming in advance meeting settings.

Note: Under the admin panel select account management > account settings and scroll down to “In Meeting (Advanced) the last option in this section will be Allow custom streaming service, enable this option and leave the space provided blank.

Congratulations! We are done setting up the Zoom side of things.

Pickle Setup

Follow these steps within your Pickle app on your desktop to enable the integration.

1. To activate the Zoom integration within the Pickle App, simply go to the integrations tab on the navigation bar. Login to your pickle account at and navigate to the integrations page located on the side navigation bar (see below).

2. On the integrations page, click on the ‘Connect’ button in the Zoom card at the top left of your screen. (see below)

3. After clicking on connect, you will be asked to authorize Pickle, click authorize.

4. Once connected, the integration will be added to the “active integrations” table with a status of active.

Uninstalling within Zoom

If you wish to uninstall the app from your Zoom account, follow these instructions in your Zoom account

1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom app marketplace
2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Pickle app
3. Click on the Pickle app
4. Click "Uninstall"

Uninstalling within Pickle

If you wish to uninstall Zoom within the Pickle app, follow these instructions in your Pickle account.

1. Move to the integrations page in the navigation bar.

2. The longer full width cards show every app that has an active integration. Find Zoom within this list and press the ‘Disconnect’ button to the right side of your screen.
