Create a Marker

After creating a Keyword List and creating a Saved Search; the final step to creating a Marker is simply turning the function on.

Once finished, any incoming call transcripts that include the specific keywords/phrases you detailed in the specific keyword list will be labeled appropriately and incredibly easy to search for. Good Dill!



Let's get down to it:



1. On the Dashboard, move to the "Saved Searches" box in the bottom left-hand corner.

2. Click "See All" in the top right corner of the box.

3. In the pop-up window, look through the "Search Name" column for the Keyword List/Saved Search you just created and want to activate.

4. Click the title of that Keyword List/Saved Search (blue hyperlink). The pop-up window will change to a new page.

5. On the new page, check the small box under "Add Label on Match".

6. Then copy/paste the Name of the Keyword List/Saved Search into the "Label" box.

7. Finally, hit the green "Save Changes" button in the bottom left corner of the pop-up window.

Once completed, any calls pulled in that include specific keywords/phrases in the Keyword List you just created will be labeled automatically and can be quickly spotted within any individual call.
